Terra Restaurant in Richmond Hill
There are not that many very upscale, high end, fine dining restaurants in Thornhill and Richmond Hill. Terra Restaurant in one of them for sure. Terra is right on Yonge Street in Richmond Hill, and in my opinion the best fine dining restaurant North of Toronto.

Best Fine Dining in Richmond Hill and Thornhill
Terra Restaurant on Yonge Street in Richmond Hill - This is probably the best fine dining restaurant in York Region. Great food and service.
